Terms and Conditions – voixfemme.com

Last updated: April 15, 2025

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Sophie M., operating under M for Madame LLC, through the website https://www.voixfemme.com. They apply to all orders placed by clients, both individuals and professionals, in France and internationally.

2. Orders and Quotes

Each service is subject to a preliminary quote. An order is considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed quote or written agreement (email or message). Acceptance of the quote implies full acceptance of these terms.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in EUR or USD depending on the client's location. A deposit may be required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in penalties as provided by applicable law.

4. Delivery Timeline

Delivery time is indicative and starts once all necessary materials (final script, brief, deposit if applicable) are received. Files are delivered digitally (e.g., via WeTransfer or private link).

5. Revisions and Modifications

One or two minor revisions are included after delivery. Beyond that, additional fees may apply. Any script changes after confirmation will require a new quote.

6. Cancellation or Postponement

If an order is canceled after confirmation, a fee based on work completed (minimum 30% of the quote) will be charged. If postponed, a new schedule must be mutually agreed upon.

7. Usage Rights and Intellectual Property

The recorded voice remains the property of the artist. Only the usage rights explicitly stated in the quote or invoice are granted, including limitations on media, territories, and duration.

Any unauthorized use beyond this scope is strictly prohibited and subject to additional licensing.

8. Synthetic Voice and Vocal Identity Protection

The client agrees not to use any delivered audio recordings to train or feed voice synthesis or AI systems.
Any attempt to clone, model, or exploit the voice without express written consent is a violation of personality rights and will be legally pursued.

9. Confidentiality

All materials provided by the client (scripts, documents, communications) are treated as confidential and will not be shared without permission. The artist may reference a project in her portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.

10. Liability

The artist commits to delivering a professional service according to the validated brief. She shall not be held liable for how the client chooses to use the material or for the commercial results derived from it.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of disputes, the parties will attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If unsuccessful, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent French courts unless legally required otherwise.
